This study was conducted with the aim of comparing Anticipatory motor planning in patients with MS and healthy people. The statistical sample of this study was 21 patients (Mean age=38.06±2.25) and 20 healthy controls (Mean age=37.41±2.34) in Tehran province with an average disability rate of 5 who were randomly selected. In order to investigate the aanticipatory motor planning, the Rosenbaum’s Bar-transport task was used and the percentage of attempts resulting from the upward movement of the palm (critical position) was considered as an anticipatory motor planning criterion. Independent t-test showed that there was a significant difference between two groups of healthy and multiple sclerosis (P≤0.05), and this difference was indicative of Anticipatory motor planning deficits in the group with multiple sclerosis. Therefore, considering the role of Anticipatory motor planning in the processes based on targeted behavior and the impact of these behaviors in the independent life of these patients, it is suggested to find solutions to improve projection in future studies.

The experimental group practiced Pilates online at home for 3 sessions (60 minutes) each week for 8 weeks and the control group did not receive any intervention during this period. Dependent variables were measured using a questionnaire of Psychological preparation and positive and negative affect. Data analysis was performed using of Multivariate Analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) at a significance level of 0.05. Results: The results showed that the scores of all components of Psychological preparation and affect of young women in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, which indicates the effectiveness of Pilates exercises on the relevant variables in this quarantine period. Conclusion: Therefore, based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that Pilates improves Psychological preparation and affect of young women, and and maintaining a regular exercise program is a key strategy to maintain mental health during quarantine due to coronavirus outbreak.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Neuropsichological training to improve the working memory skills of children with developmental coordination disorders. For this purpose, 30 children with developmental coordination disorders with an age range of 6 to 8 years were selected by randomly divided into control and experimental groups. Working memory performance was measured before and after the experimental period by N-BACK test. Then neuropsychological rehabilitation exercises were performed for 20 sessions of 45 minutes based on the neurological rehabilitation program of working memory, based on a combination of training programs recommended by experts and Captain Log cognitive software. Shapiro-Wilks Normality Test was employed to evaluate the normality of data distribution; and for inferential statistics, multiple analysis of covariance was utilized to control the pre-test effects. Based on the findings of this study, the use of , the effectiveness of the neuropsychological rehabilitation program on improving the working memory function of children with developmental coordination disorders aged 6 to 8 years was confirmed.

Visual pursuit skill is one of the most important components of vision that lead to success in athletic performance by processing essential information. The aim of this study was to evaluate the visual pursuit skill of expert athletes in ball and non-ball fields. Thirty people were randomly selected from the elite male and female athletes of the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Tehran in the field of ball (14 people) and non-ball (16 people). The visual pursuit skill was measured using a Vienna device and MANOVA test was used to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that ball athletes have less pursuit time and error in visual pursuit skills than non-ball athletes and generally perform better in this skill (P <0.05). The results of this study showed that placing athletes in an environment where the ball is constantly moving and constantly practicing visual pursuit of a moving object by players in ball sports can be an important factor in improving visual pursuit skills. However, in addition to the environment, the type of task and individual characteristics may also be influential factors on visual pursuit skills.
