The present study has investigated the effect of physical activity on cortisol hormone levels as an indicator of stress and beta-endorphin. so, one year after pandemic start, 30 volunteer middle-aged women (42±2.23 y (who didn’t exercise for a year were selected by convenience sampling and were randomly divided into two groups of 15 people to exercise and control groups. After the assessment of the basic levels of two variables and physical performance (in 3 tests of one-minute sitting and standing on a chair, pull up lying and plank), the training group participated in virtual physical activity at home for 12 weeks and the control group continued their normal life. The training protocol includes functional physical activities, three days a week, with an intensity of 60-85% of the maximum heart rate.  Re-sampling of blood to check cortisol and beta-endorphin changes was done 48 hours after the last training session and sent to the laboratory. Independent t-test was used to examine between-group changes of variables. The results of 2*2 mixed MANOVA showed the significant decrease of cortisol and significant increase beta-endorphin in exercise group after 12 weeks of practical exercises at home and significant between-groups differences (p<0.0001). As a result, the re-implementation of regular physical activity has improved the levels of cortisol and beta-endorphin hormones during the Corona.}, keywords = {Functional Training,COVID-19,Stress Hormone}, title_fa = {اثر فعالیت جسمانی بر استرس ناشی از پاندمی کرونا در زنان میانسال: بررسی تغییرات کورتیزول و بتا اندورفین}, abstract_fa = {با شروع پاندمی کرونا، استرس شدیدی بر جامعه حکمفرما شد. پژوهش حاضر اثر فعالیت جسمانی بر سطوح هورمون کورتیزول بهعنوان شاخص استرس و بتااندورفین را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. بدین منظور، یک سال پس از شروع پاندمی، 30 زن میانسال فعالی که یکسال بی تمرین بودند (23/2 ± 42 سال)، به صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره تمرین و کنترل تقسیم شدند. پس از ارزیابی اولیهی سطوح پایه دو متغیر و بررسی عملکرد جسمانی(در سه آزمون عملکردی یک دقیقهایی نشستن و برخواستن روی صندلی، بارفیکس خوابیده و پلانک)، گروه تمرین بهمدت 12 هفته در فعالیت جسمانی در منزل به شکل مجازی شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل به زندگی عادی خود ادامه دادند. پروتکل تمرین شامل فعالیتهای جسمانی کاربردی، سه روز در هفته، با شدت 60-85 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه بود. نمونه گیری مجدد خونی برای بررسی تغییرات کورتیزول و بتا اندورفین، 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین انجام و به آزمایشگاه ارسال شد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس 2 در 2 ترکیبی چند متغیره کاهش معنی دار کورتیزول و افزایش معنی دار بتااندورفین در گروه تمرین در نتیجهی 12 هفته تمرینات کاربردی در منزل و تفاوت بین گروهی در پس آزمون است (0001/0p<) را نشان داد. در نتیجه، اجرای مجدد فعالیت جسمانی منظم موجب بهبود در سطوح هورمونهای کورتیزول و بتااندورفین در دوران کرونا شده است.}, keywords_fa = {هورمون استرس,تمرینات کاربردی,کووید-19}, url = {https://journal.imbspa.org/article_158779.html}, eprint = {https://journal.imbspa.org/article_158779_f64ba058effc7ef35faa0a14b310b5e0.pdf} }
