A cross-sectional design with correlational strategy was used in this study. The statistical population consisted of male and female older adults ≥ 65 years (79.16±7.92) in Mazandaran province, who were selected based on the multi-stage random cluster sampling method, including of 700 participants, who demographic, history of falls, quality of life, extended health belief model and physical activity questionnaires completed online. After excluding 140 respondents based on exclusion criteria, data were analyzed using Chi-square, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling. The Results showed that physical activity have a positive relationship with self-efficacy, cues and perceived benefits. In individual with a history of falls, as the severity of the injury increased, the average physical activity and self-efficacy decreased and had less intention to engage in physical activity. This model supported the cues for predicting physical activity habit. Perceived barriers as the most important predictors deterred the intention of physical activity in individual with and without a history of falls, and it is suggested to design interventions to reduce or eliminate those. Moreover, it is necessary to development interventions to improve the knowledge and attitude towards physical activity along with providing a safe environment to participate of the older adults in physical activity.}, keywords = {extended health belief model,Fall,older adult,physical activity}, title_fa = {تعیین‌کننده‌های فعالیت بدنی در سالمندان با و بدون تجربه سقوط: آزمون مدل باور سلامت توسعه-یافته}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه تعیین کننده های فعالیت بدنی سالمندان با و بدون تجربه سقوط مطابق مدل باور سلامت توسعه یافته بود. در این مطالعه از طرح مقطعی با راهبرد همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری شامل مردان و زنان سالمند 65 سال و بالاتر (92/7 ± 16/79) ساکن استان مازندران بودند که بر اساس روش نمونه گیری خوشهای چند مرحله ای تصادفی با احتساب ریزش نمونه 700 نفر انتخاب شدند که پرسشنامه های جمعیت شناختی، سابقه سقوط، کیفیت زندگی، مدل باور سلامت توسعه یافته و فعالیت بدنی سالمندان را به صورت آنلاین تکمیل کردند. پس از حذف 140 نفر بر اساس معیارهای خروج، داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های کایدو، تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه، همبستگی پیرسون و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو گروه با و بدون تجربه سقوط، فعالیت بدنی با خودکارآمدی، نشانه ها و منافع درکشده ارتباط مثبتی دارد. در افراد باسابقه سقوط، با افزایش شدّت آسیب، میانگین فعالیت بدنی و میزان خودکارآمدی کاهش یافت و نیت به فعالیت بدنی کمتری داشتند. این مدل از نشانه ها برای پیش بینی عادت فعالیت بدنی حمایت کرد. موانع درکشده به عنوان مهمترین پیشبین، نیت فعالیت بدنی را در افراد با و بدون سابقه سقوط بازدارندگی میکنند و طراحی مداخلاتی برای کاهش یا رفع این موانع پیشنهاد میگردد. به علاوه تدوین مداخلاتی جهت ارتقای دانش و نگرش به فعالیت بدنی همراه با فراهم نمودن محیطی امن جهت شرکت سالمندان در فعالیت بدنی ضروری است. }, keywords_fa = {مدل باور سلامت توسعه‌یافته,سقوط,سالمندان,فعالیت بدنی}, url = {https://journal.imbspa.org/article_160805.html}, eprint = {https://journal.imbspa.org/article_160805_55b6ee89710830dcbd80613008b9def3.pdf} }
