The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of a successful men's football environment with respect to the experiences of Iranian men's football coaches, athletes and managers. Method: This study was conducted with a qualitative approach and phenomenological method. The sample consisted of 8 athletes, coaches and active managers in the field of professional football in Iran in 1396 who were purposefully and accessibly selected.Semi-in-depth structured interviews were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using content analysis method. The validity and functionality of the results were appropriate and the validity was confirmed by returning the codes to the participants. The results of this study were categorized into two main comprehensive codes "micro" and "macro". Each of these all-encompassing codes has its own organizing categories and subcategories. The final result of the research: in the micro environment, the organizing categories of "supports", "facilities" and "beliefs and values" and in the comprehensive code of the macro environment, "culture building", "mass media", "talent perspective", "Politics" and "Total Education" were obtained. The present study suggests the importance of analyzing the characteristics of a successful environment to provide a suitable environment for the growth of talents.
