Investigating the employment status of master's degree graduates in physical education and sports sciences in Iran

Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the employment status and factors of sports injuries and corrective exercises graduates. An online questionnaire developed by the researchers was used to collect data. The statistical population of the research included all students and graduates of the field of sports injuries and corrective exercises in state and non-state universities across the country, 169 people completed the questionnaire. After extracting the data, using SPSS software, according to the needs of the research questions, indicators of frequency, mean, percentage and one-way statistical test were used to analyze the data.

According to the findings of the research, it can be concluded that there are many job opportunities in Iran for students of sports injuries and corrective exercises, the number of applicants to study in this field is high, and there is a significant competition for admission to the field. It was also found that the title and scope of the thesis or thesis of the postgraduate course did not have an effective role in obtaining suitable jobs, the educational content was not appropriate to the needs of the labor market, specialized courses were not enough to obtain suitable jobs, and also the government support for students. And sports pathology graduates have not done well.
