Abstract
The aim of this research was to determine the model of the structural equations of a healthy work environment in schools based on the World Health Organization model with the mental health of Physical education teachers in Karaj. The research method is descriptive and of the survey type, which was implemented in the field. Using Cochran's formula, the number of statistical samples was estimated to be 260 tons, which were selected as cluster and random sampling. In order to collect data, healthy workplace questionnaires were used based on the World Health Organization model, Jamshidi et al (2017) and Lai et al mental health questionnaires (2022). The face and content validity of the questionnaires were determined using the corrective comments of sports management professors, and the internal reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient test of 0.82 and 0.88, respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices and statistical tests of Pearson's correlation coefficient, regression analysis and path analysis were used in SPSS and LISREL statistical software. The results showed that a healthy work environment has a positive and significant effect on teachers' mental health (β=0.91, T-Value=11.24). Also, the components of the physical environment and the psycho-social environment are eligible to predict the mental health of teachers.
