Investigating the corona anxiety of physical education and non-physical education teachers in Bojnord city

Abstract
The purpose of the current research is to investigate the anxiety of physical and non-physical education teachers in Bojnoord city. The current research is descriptive. The statistical population of the present study consists of all the teachers working in education schools of Bojnord city, 453 people were selected as a sample by random cluster sampling. The data collection tool in this research was a two-part questionnaire including personal-social characteristics and the CDAS coronavirus anxiety scale. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to determine the normality of the data, and after determining the normality, the independent t-test was used.

The findings showed that there is a significant difference between the physical symptoms of covid-19 anxiety in physical education teachers and non-physical education teachers, but there is no significant difference between the total covid-19 anxiety score and the mental symptoms of covid-19 anxiety in physical education teachers and non-physical education teachers. . Also, the findings showed that there is a significant difference between the anxiety of covid-19 in male and female teachers.

These results emphasize the importance of paying attention to the physical and mental health of teachers and devising and applying strategies to reduce anxiety-causing factors during the outbreak of epidemic diseases by the education system.
